Hi, I’m Pam.
Several years ago, I began a deep exploration of mindfulness meditation and contemplative practice. Over time, I saw how sustained attention to thoughts, emotions, and lived experience reshaped not only my inner life, but how I related to others and the world around me.

Through study with Rakefet Hadar and training in the SoulPages® method, I discovered the visual journal as a powerful complement to traditional meditation. While seated practice remains an important part of my life, working visually opened a different way of knowing. Insight began to emerge through image, gesture, and reflection rather than analysis alone.
I started using the visual journal as a way of listening more closely to experience and to the teachings of the Dharma. Creative practice helped me integrate these teachings not as ideas to understand, but as something lived and felt through direct experience.
It has been my joy to offer these practices in both secular and Buddhist settings. The principles they rest on, such as attention, awareness, compassion, and interconnection, are practical and widely applicable. They meet people where they are, regardless of background or belief.
If you are curious about how a visual, contemplative practice might support your own process of inquiry and self-discovery, I invite you to join our monthly gatherings and experience the practice for yourself.
